The MAPK signaling cascades are classical canonical signaling cascades. These pathways are involved in many diverse biological roles, including normal growth and development, and stress responses to various extracellular stimuli.
There are 3 major MAPK signaling cascades, the ERK, JNK and p38 MAPK pathways. TGR has developed several assays for the interrogation of these pathways:
